A Non-profit 501(c)3 organization dedicated to rescuing and rehabilitating orphaned and injured wildlife in the Texas Panhandle.

Our "wild" neighbors need our help from time-to-time.

our history

gofundme

Help us build a Wildlife Center!  All gofundme donations go towards building supplies.

Twenty-two years ago when I first started working with wildlife, I never dreamed it would lead me to Amarillo.  However, I am so glad it did.  We have a community full of people who are committed to helping wildlife for the entire Texas Panhandle. Everyday I feel blessed to work with God's creatures and volunteer with this amazing community.

Thanks for all the support that makes this possible!

Paypal Donations go toward food & supplies for animals in care.

Dec 2015 – The idea of Wild West Wildlife Rehabilitation Center was formed after caring for over 200 animals in 2015 and quickly realizing that a home based operation would not be big enough to handle the demand. We also launched our Facebook  page this month.

April 2016 –WWWRC was donated a large double wide trailer to renovate into Amarillo's 1st EVER Wildlife Rehabilitation Center located on 5 acres.

July 2016 – WWWRC received its incorporation paperwork and non-profit 501(c)3 status with the IRS.

Jan 2017 - We cared for 758 animals in the year of 2016.
